FAQs:

Which package should I use: As ratified at the AGM the club now has a separate package for adult players. If you are an adult player in full time employment use the "Adult Playing Package". All other members (students/unwaged/families etc) should use the existing multi member package "General Club Membership 2023"

I'm a parent and my children play, should I register aswell: With the graduated discounts for family packages, adding additional members is inexpensive, and every penny helps support the club. In addition if you are going to be involved in any capacity with a team in terms of coaching or mentoring, then you must be a member.

I am having a problem when I go to register: Contact your team manager, who will put you in contact with the registrar (Ollie Fagan).

Can I pay in installments: There is an installment plan available during registration, which allows payment over 3 months.

How secure is my card: We use a thirdparty company, stripe, to process the payments. We never see your full card details, only the last 4 digits (not the expiry date, CVC etc).

Do I have to register online - can I pay cash/cheque at the club: The club has moved to a new membership system which allows payment seamlessly from both your phone or desktop, all you need is your card. If you are having issues using it, or absolutely need to pay by cash/cheque contact your team manager.

I've registered and paid but I see on foireann that I am still unregistered (or my child is): The GAA system (foireann) has been created by merging the membership databases from GAA, Camogie, the returntoplay.ie website during covid and the GAA's old system. This has resulted in members being duplicated, which we have been told not to delete. Your or your child in the foireann may show as unregistered as it is a duplicate of the Camogie/GAA member who is registered. I appreciate this is confusing, but the message is, do not concern yourself if you continue to see unregistered on foireann once you have paid your membership to the club.

My question isn't answered here: Contact your team manager, who will try to answer. Failing that they will direct you to the registrar.

I need my membership ID for Garda Vetting/other GAA forms: Contact your team manager who will put you in touch with the registrar
